Superstar Rajinikanth heaped laurels on Prabhu Deva after he watched a special screening of Pokiri recently.The movie directed by Prabhu Deva features Vijay and Asin in prominent roles. A remake of the Telugu blockbuster by the same name, the movie opened big and is well on its way to become a blockbuster.

Rajinikanth had personally called up Prabhu Deva after watching the movie and appreciated his work behind the screen in rendering a racy entertainer.

Thrilled with the call from the Super Star, Prabhu Deva has given an assurance to do more good entertainers in the coming years.

It may be recalled that Rajinikanth and Prabhu Deva had appeared together for a song sequence in Baba, a couple of years ago.
