An 800 page detail indictment War Crime or Genocide charges against notorious Sri Lankan Defence Secretary Gotapaya Rajapaksa and Army Chief Sarath Fonseka which has been submitted to US Attorney General and US State Department has now been released by TAG.

Culpable Individuals
The two United States citizens or green card holders accused of genocide are:

1) GOTABHAYA RAJAPAKSA - Sri Lanka’s Defense Secretary
United States citizen GOTABHAYA RAJAPAKSA, Sri Lanka’s Defense Secretary, brother of Sri Lanka’s President Mahinda Rajapaksa, and believed to own a primary residence in San Dimas, California valued at approximately $1 million. 

2)SARATH FONSEKA - Commander of the Sri Lanka Army

United States green card holder, Lieutenant General SARATH FONSEKA, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, and believed to own property
